Dear Silverthorne Families:

 

In accordance with the recommendation from the Division of Health and Human Services, as of 5:00 PM on Monday, March 16^th, we will be closed until such time as the CDC indicates the threat of transmission of COVID-19 has subsided. Due to the population we serve, who are the most vulnerable, discontinuing gathering in a group setting is one of the first lines of defense to reduce transmission of the COVID-19 virus. Some of our staff members will be available for private home care home care for our members.  If you think you may need some help please call the center at 603-893-4799 or 603-867-3363.  We are truly sorry for this inconvenience, but the safety of our members, members' families and our staff is of utmost importance.  Please stay healthy and safe.
